Love these for bedtime

Love this lamp & the fact that it's portable!!
Only thing I wish could be different is that the light would go off between each setting change - so that you didn't have to circle through the amber light to turn itoff. (Thinking middle of night breastfeeding baby). But its so quick its not that big of a deal.

We love these lightbulbs! My kids already know to turn the red light on in the evening and it has become a nightly ritual.

I love to wear these at night but mostly early in the morning because I get up very early for work!

I truly can not express how in love I am with this product!! I've tried a myriad of biohacking tools, but the moment I put my day time glasses on I immedietly felt this wave of stillness and calmess over my body. I am a 21 year old female and I was a bit nervous about how these would look on but between the light-weight and shape of the frame its safe to say I am obsessed!!
