Love the glasses! I feel better at night and they fit perfectly.

Heaven is getting up in the middle of the night to journey into the bathroom for a needed bladder reliever and the kindest light meets you providing a clear path to le toliet WITHOUT blasting me with a "time to wake up blue light" that I use to use to find the "le toliet" which often made it hard to go back to sleep.....BUT not any more! My red plug in night light says "welcome to stillness and quietness..... soon you will be back to sleep"

Contacted the company with a question about their ability to block blue light when they sent me over the study that proves their glasses work. They look really stylish on. They definitely help with eye strain from screens. I don’t know if they’ve been helping me much sleep, but I’ve always been a good sleeper, was before I bought the glasses.

I love the options of the 3 different lights depending on where I'm at, especially when I'm reading in bed, I know the light is not going to disturb my sleep. It's easy to use and light weight!! Thank you!

Love this lamp & the fact that it's portable!!
Only thing I wish could be different is that the light would go off between each setting change - so that you didn't have to circle through the amber light to turn itoff. (Thinking middle of night breastfeeding baby). But its so quick its not that big of a deal.
